Job Description

What's the opportunity?

You will deliver innovative Agentic AI capabilities across Credit & Fraud Management(CFM).  You will combine strong strategy, business and product expertise to shape AI solutions, including Large Language Models(LLM)-based and Agentic AI solutions.  You will ensure the Data Science & AI (DSA) team's strengths and efforts are consistently directed toward the highest-impact problems, integrate seamlessly into end-user workflows and create measurable business value.  You will collaborate with stakeholders across diverse disciplines (DSA, IT, Fraud Operations, and Strategy), partner with business leaders to identify the right problems to solve with Agentic AI, work with the DSA team to translate problems into well-scoped solutions and stay close to end-users to ensure solutions have high adoption.

What will you do?

  • Develop and communicate a clear strategy and roadmap for the team’s Agentic AI portfolio, aligned with broader CFM priorities, and assess business cases and expected ROI of potential Agentic AI solutions
  • Act as the business owner for the team’s portfolio, liaising with stakeholders across the development lifecycle to ensure alignment, momentum, and business value capture, and develop a deep understanding of end-user workflows, ensuring solutions integrate into those workflows seamlessly
  • Build a working understanding of the business’ technology stack, and guide DSA and IT on which platforms, systems, and data sources our solutions should integrate with, and how
  • Help DSA translate business requirements into a clear development plan and define business and technical success metrics for each solution, and put in place the measurement mechanisms needed to track performance against them through and beyond deployment
  • Lead by example, championing a test-and-learn approach to Agentic AI product development, promoting experimentation, structured pilots and the use of evidence to drive decisions about scaling, iterating, or sunsetting solutions
  • Perform Hands-on agentic development work, modeling best practices in system design, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and solution architecture for the team
  • Contribute directly to critical path development efforts, take ownership of key technical components, demonstrate excellence in agentic AI implementation and mentor the agentic development team through collaborative code reviews, technical pairing and knowledge transfer sessions

What you need to succeed

Must have:

  • 7+ years of related work experience in Product Management, Fintech, AI Consulting, within a product/service domain (i.e. Fraud), and a strong knowledge of Fraud products and Fraud-related applications
  • 7+ years of business experience, preferably within the financial industry and relevant line of business (i.e. Fraud Data Science or AI)
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner, having implemented products that drive business impact and user satisfaction, and a track record of identifying high-impact business problems and delivering technology solutions that produced measurable business outcomes
  • Solid hands-on experience with AI technologies and understanding of how they’re formed into an AI product and strategy (e.g. LLMs, Agentic AI), and ability to translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements, including translating complex technical solutions back into simple business language
  • Ability to lead a team that delivers for multiple stakeholders, despite ambiguity and scarce resources and influence partners over whom you have no formal authority
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical judgment, experienced in building business cases, defining success metrics, using data to drive decisions and designing solutions with a user-first mentality
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills; managing multiple AI products simultaneously
  • Professional communication and facilitation skills, ability to develop executive-level materials and lead working sessions with senior leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, quantitative discipline, or equivalent related professional experience

Nice to have:

  • MA or MBA in a related field
  • Certified Product Owner
  • Agile/ SAFE Certification

What’s in it for you?
