- Location: Momence, IL, Field Building
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Expected Pay Range: $23-$25 an hour
- Hybrid: Three days onsite and two days remote
- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

Role Summary
The Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator supports a welcoming, organized, and consistent employee experience from preboarding through ongoing HR support. This role facilitates new hire orientation, coordinates onboarding and I-9/E-Verify requirements, helps employees navigate HR processes, and manages incoming requests through Workday Help.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The HR Coordinator will regularly assist English- and Spanish-speaking employees, new hires, and visitors and must be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in both languages. The ideal candidate is approachable, highly organized, service-minded, and comfortable using HR systems to manage requests, solve problems, and improve processes.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate new hire orientation in English and Spanish, creating a warm, welcoming, and consistent first-day experience.
- Support candidates and new hires from accepted offer through onboarding by answering questions, confirming readiness, and resolving issues before their start date.
- Coordinate I-9 and E-Verify processes, ensuring required documentation is accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with company policies.
- Manage HR requests through Workday Help by monitoring, categorizing, routing, tracking, escalating, and closing employee cases.
- Provide bilingual HR support to employees by answering questions, explaining processes, troubleshooting basic HRIS issues, and connecting employees with the appropriate HR resource.
- Maintain HR self-service resources, including FAQs, quick guides, job aids, videos, and employee communications in partnership with HR subject-matter experts.
- Identify recurring questions and service issues, helping improve HR workflows, ticketing practices, and the overall employee experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees and facilitate new hire orientation in both languages.
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least two years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, onboarding, customer service, case management, or a detail-oriented administrative role.
- Strong customer-service skills with a warm, approachable, and professional communication style.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines.
- Comfort working with HR systems, ticketing or case-management tools, Microsoft Office, and confidential employee information.
- Experience with onboarding, new hire orientation, Workday, Workday Help, or I-9/E-Verify processes strongly preferred.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods while using standard office equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, virtually, and through written communication.
- Visual acuity sufficient for reviewing employee records, forms, reports, and computer screens.
- Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies, files, or materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment with routine use of computers, phones, and video-conferencing technology.
- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
