General Summary:
The Delivery Specialist II, under supervision, is responsible for assisting in the processing of in-bound and out-bound mail. In addition to mail processing, this position assists patrons in purchasing postage, mailing parcels, delivering parcels and other various duties of a mailroom assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Process in-bound and out-bound mail.
- Assist customers with postage and package pickup.
- Office and clerical duties.
- Maintains 100% compliance with timely completion of required System, University and job-specific online training courses.

Necessary Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One (1) year clerical experience.
- Must be able to complete required USPS training.
- Must possess strong customer service skills and have the ability to multitask and work under timelines.
- Must be able to move up to 25 pounds.
