Role Responsibilities
As an HR Service Center Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support and services to employees across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
HR Contact Center Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused resolution of requests.
Employee Data Management: Process, maintain, and update employee records and HR transactions with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
HR Operations & Administration: Coordinate and support a broad range of HR administrative activities, contributing to the efficient delivery of HR services and processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Exposure to employee data management systems; experience with Workday is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Flexibility to work on Indian holidays based on business requirements.
Willingness to participate in a rotational shift schedule, with shifts rotating every six months:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Mid Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Night Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM
