Order Review Supervisor

Job Overview

As the Order Review Supervisor, you'll lead and inspire a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll coach and develop team members, optimize daily operations, monitor key performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Working cross-functionally with customer service and production teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely order processing while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Highlights of your role

• Inspire and develop a team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Evaluate incoming customer orders and administer workload to the appropriate support personnel based on staff's skill level and ability to meet established department goals
• Support departmental goal initiatives to achieve critical measures; administer and monitor department workload with performance goals in mind.
• Partner with production and other customer service teams with managing workflow to ensure accuracy and timeliness for our customers.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that elevate team performance and customer satisfaction.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• A high school diploma or equivalent technical training; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• A background in customer service, operations, or a related environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.

Compensation

$68,000 to $85,000, pay based on experience
