About the role....
Are you passionate about bringing order to complexity, improving how teams work together, and ensuring outstanding digital experiences are delivered at scale?
We're looking for a Digital Operations Account Manager to join our team supporting The North Face, a globally recognised brand known for innovation, exploration, and challenging what's possible. In this role, you'll be at the centre of digital campaign delivery, helping teams work smarter, collaborate more effectively, and continuously improve performance across multiple digital channels.
You'll partner with specialists across Search, SEO, Analytics, Social, Programmatic, Planning, TAAG and APEX teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, measured effectively, and supported by strong operational foundations.

Responsibilities
About the work....
Drive Operational Excellence
You'll help create efficient, scalable and effective ways of working across the digital activation hub by:
- Supporting the continuous improvement of operational processes, governance standards and team workflows
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, innovation and best practice
- Helping teams adopt consistent delivery standards that enhance quality and performance
Support Seamless Campaign Delivery
You'll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully from planning through to reporting by:
- Overseeing campaign operations and delivery processes
- Supporting accurate reporting, measurement and financial tracking
- Working closely with activation, analytics and planning teams to identify risks, resolve challenges and optimise performance
Enable Cross-Channel Collaboration
Success in this role depends on bringing people together and creating alignment across specialist teams. You'll:
- Act as a key operational partner across Social, Programmatic, Search, SEO, Analytics, TAAG and Planning teams
- Help ensure integrated and coordinated delivery across all workstreams
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders
Champion Technology and Innovation
You'll help shape how technology supports better campaign outcomes by:
- Exploring opportunities to utilise automation, AI and operational technology
- Supporting improvements to reporting, workflows and performance management
- Encouraging innovative approaches that improve efficiency and scalability
Build Trusted Relationships
You'll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders by:
- Providing clear updates, recommendations and operational guidance
- Building strong partnerships across markets, clients and specialist teams
- Helping create confidence through excellent organisation and delivery standards
Qualifications
What you need to succeed....

You may be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in digital media, operations, account management, campaign management or a related field
- An understanding of digital activation and paid media delivery processes
- Experience managing workflows, projects or operational processes within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of campaign measurement, reporting frameworks and performance metrics
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for continuous improvement
- Experience using project management, workflow or reporting tools
- An interest in automation, AI and operational innovation
