  • Improve inventory management, spare parts utilization, repair and rebuild programs, and equipment maintainability.
  • Balance maintenance priorities with production requirements to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and
  • cost targets.

Develop High-Performing Teams

  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors and skilled trades employees.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
  • Communicate departmental goals, performance expectations, and policy deployment through SQDCPME and other operating routines.
  • Partner with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to achieve plant objectives.

You'll have…

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions to achieve business

results.

Even Better You’ll Have…

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
