We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Hospice Registered Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse in Lubbock and surrounding areas to provide skilled nursing care to patients and families in the home setting. The RN will assess patient needs, manage symptoms, administer medications and treatments, provide education and support, and collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications
Current, unrestricted RN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
Hospice, home health, or palliative care experience preferred.
Current CPR certification
TB test within the last 12 months

Responsibilities
*Assess and monitor hospice patients. *Provide skilled nursing care and symptom management.
*Administer medications and treatments as ordered
*Educate and support patients and caregivers.
*Communicate changes in condition to the care team and physician*Maintain accurate clinical documentation. *Collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team. *Promote patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
