We are embarking on a journey to transform DaVita Kidney Care’s entire clinical IT system and are looking for talented and dynamic leaders to join our team.  Help us improve how patients experience their care at DaVita and be part of something new, ours and special!

Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst is a member of the Clinical Business Team and serves as the customer’s voice, responsible for designing and driving new clinical IT functionality to be used in our dialysis centers.  S/he contributes to the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap.  S/he works closely with a cross-functional team of clinical leadership and subject matter experts, business leaders, IT analysts, our regulatory and compliance partners, and user experience designers to define, build, and release a transformative “next generation” clinical workflow application to be used by 30,000+ facility teammates. 

Candidates must possess exceptional skills in leadership, management, work ethic, critical thinking, attention to detail, presenting, and written/verbal communication.  Ideal candidates will have DaVita experience and understand dialysis operations as well as how our current IT solutions support in-center work.  They are passionate about the opportunity to design our future clinical IT platform.

The CWOW Team is creating new IT functionality for both In Center and Home that will drive patient centered care in our facilities.  Join this high-performing team in their efforts to effect change and create a new way of delivering care in our dialysis centers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the evaluation of current state operations in partnership with the clinical business and IT team to create a shared understanding

  • Sets vision of future state functionality, represented through creation and management of a  product feature backlog

  • Obtains feedback on future enhancements and new functionality

  • Gathers requirements through interactions with stakeholders and research and then  formalizes requirements for development in partnership with IT business analyst partners

  • Works with user interface and experience designers to ensure a great user experience while supporting overall program design

  • Proactively identify and mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of requirements writing, development or production release goals

  • Partners with IT development teams daily  to prioritize, plan and ultimately develop new features and move the product design forward

  • Facilitates User Acceptance Testing of their developed product/feature to determine product readiness prior to releasing to the clinics

  • Partners with the Deployment team to create product educational materials and change management programs

  • Obtains user feedback on product functionality via interviews, user group meetings, surveys, site visits, business process analyses, and workflow review

  • Maintains knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and policies ensuring product complies with future industry requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Has several years of experience as FA or clinician in a DaVita center or similar operations role (preferred)

  • Has direct user experience acting as a product owner in support of clinical applications or experience with DaVita clinical apps: Snappy, Chairside Snappy and Falcon Dialysis (preferred but not required)

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Creative thinker with a vision

  • Attention to detail

  • Must be willing to travel approximately 25% or more of the time

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year.
