What You'll Do
- Drive occupancy and achieve community sales goals.
- Conduct tours and guide families through the decision-making process.
- Generate leads through networking, community outreach, healthcare partnerships, and business development.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies.
- Manage prospects through the CRM from inquiry to move-in.
- Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, and community organizations.
- Coordinate a smooth move-in experience for new residents.
Qualifications
- Sales, business development, marketing, or senior living experience required.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license.
