Lead 1 

Lead 1 is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, adhering to established process parameters, working under general supervision.  

Your role:

• Supervise kitting, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and cycle count activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and support timely material movement across all warehouse functions.

• Train, coach, and support warehouse team members to promote strong performance and team development.

• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with warehouse procedures and standards.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and other support teams; oversee accurate SAP inventory transactions; and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You're the right fit if:

• No prior experience required; an understanding of warehouse management, logistics or similar is preferred

• Your skills include environmental health and safety, manufacturing principles, digital literacy and machine operations knowledge

• You have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.  Technical training or leadership courses preferred. Forklift and Cherry Picker certification (or the ability to become certified) is preferred.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.

• Work flexible hours as needed based on business needs (i.e. other shifts; weekends, on-call; mandatory extra hours dependent on workload).

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role. The role will cover 2nd shift hours from 2:15pm to 10:45pm Monday-Friday

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Ontario, CA is $ 24.00 to $37.00, plus overtime eligible and 2nd shift pay differential.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
