These services include site acquisition, design, and construction, to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.
Amentum plays a significant role in supporting our clients in data center construction and operations by combining its expertise in cloud migration, infrastructure management, and mission-critical systems with focus on ensuring resilient, scalable, and secure environments that meet the demands of hyperscale expansion. We are looking for MOP analyst for our ongoing construction project who brings in strong project management, expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, vendor/contractor coordination, and the ability to integrate IT infrastructure requirements with construction delivery. Candidates need both technical construction knowledge and cross-functional collaboration skills. This role ensures safe, compliant, and well‑coordinated execution of multi‑disciplinary project work while maintaining hyperscale clients operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and experience working in complex, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Creation and Review of Method of Procedure (MOP) based off Site Design Documents, Review and redline of Construction Documents (Engineering Drawings, Electrical & Plumping Diagrams, Structured Cabling etc).
- Coordinate with counterparts & clients in USA and update the project progress on daily basis.
- Must maintain and enforce the organization safety program, ensure daily job site safety plans are reviewed and followed and stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist. All staff and subcontractors, and all safety incident reports are done in a timely manner
- Responsible for the project's construction design & projected schedule
- Communicates any project changes to the client and works with the Project Manager and other Construction Managers on implementation.
- Complies with and enforces the quality program for the company and subcontractors’ work, making certain all quality standards meet customer specifications.
- Interprets and verifies industry standards, guidelines and codes for project deliverables.
- Schedules and monitors work plans consistent with agreements.
- Will act as a key interface with construction and project teams, logistics and general contractors.
- Know local building codes, environmental regulations, and compliance frameworks. Understand the technical requirements of the project, implement them and help others to accomplish the same.
- Prepares standard discipline deliverables including standard work processes and tools.
- Maintain documentation, weekly updates, and communication through project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Sharepoint, Excel, etc.)
Qualifications/Experience
- Recognized bachelor’s in engineering (preferably Electrical / Instrumentation stream) from an accredited college or university
- 6+ years of industry experience preferably in Datacenter & Infrastructure Construction is required. Prior direct employment with a data center is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of interaction between disparate low voltage systems (BMS, EPMS, Fire Alarm
- Proficient in MS SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Project TEAMs, Visio, CAD drawings.
- Ability to read/interpret Construction Drawings
- Experience in Data Center / HUB Construction Planning
- Experience in Construction Trade Knowledge (Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical)
- Experience with ensuring a Safe working environment
- Experience working in high volume environments
- Experience in process documentation development
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- OSHA 10 Certification (optional)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability and willingness to travel to project sites.

Compensation Details:
$80,000 - 100,000
