Job Summary and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Medical Directors on the design and presentation of educational and orientation programs to ensure the efficient, effective provision of patient care.
  • Assist Managers and Clinical Coordinators to identify patient needs in complex cases to ensure a complete and correct evaluation and optimum patient care.
  • Collaborate with Nursing Leadership to maintain high standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation agencies.
  • Act to liaison between peers and physicians to promote professional interaction and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the nursing staff, Nursing Leadership and physicians to establish effective treatment plans for selected patients.
  • In collaboration with other team members, participate in education programs to promote the mental and physical wellbeing of both patient and family or significant others.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Of Science BSN
  • Registered Nurse: CA
  • BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • ACLS through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred

  • Masters Of Science MSN
