Description
We are seeking Inventory Control Associate to join IQVIA Laboratories at Indianapolis, IN.
Job Summary:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Receive, inspect, log, store, and distribute incoming inventory deliveries
- Maintain organized stock locations and execute inventory rotation activities
- Record inventory transactions accurately using inventory control systems
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment activities as required
- Collaborate with laboratory teams, project managers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve inventory-related issues
- Support cycle counts, inventory reporting, and inventory disposition activities
- Manage purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries
- Prepare and coordinate inter-site inventory shipments and related documentation
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 year of related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and inventory control systems
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, suppliers, and clients
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze inventory data and support process improvements
- Ability to obtain and maintain fork truck certification
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $31,200.00 - $64,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
