What You'll Do
- Maintain resident and community areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition
- Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, polish, and disinfect assigned spaces
- Provide floor care including buffing, waxing, shampooing, and deodorizing
- Complete detailed room cleaning before admissions and after discharges
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report maintenance concerns, equipment issues, and lighting repairs as needed
- Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Housekeeping, healthcare, senior living, or long-term care experience preferred
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to work independently and maintain high cleanliness standards
