The candidate will join a collaborative team of finance transformation specialists, solution architects, and analysts who focus on building scalable financial models within the Anaplan SaaS solution The group combines technical expertise with financial domain knowledge to deliver enterprise-grade finance planning solutions.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to shape and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Nike's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) capabilities at the intersection of Anaplan and our integrated data landscape. This individual will serve as the primary product manager for financial planning and performance management and associated data solutions, partnering closely with Finance, FP&A, Engineering, Architecture, and business leaders to deliver modern planning capabilities that enable better decision-making across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise with a strong understanding of financial planning processes, enterprise software platforms and data solutions, and business transformation. You are comfortable operating across strategy and execution, translating complex business challenges into scalable product solutions while influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
You have a passion for building products that drive measurable business value, improve planning effectiveness, and simplify complex planning processes through technology, data, and automation.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experiences:
8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management with responsibility for leading high-complexity products in a cross-functional environment
Proven ability to define and execute product strategies in support of scaled investments involving Finance, Supply Chain, Treasury, and Enterprise Planning functions.
Experience leading cross-functional squads through full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
Strong FP&A experience within integrated EPM platforms, especially Anaplan
Deep understanding of data ecosystems, data governance, data warehousing, and enterprise reporting platforms including Databricks.
Experience working with Agile delivery teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
Solid understanding of FP&A and the Income Statement. Integrations with AWS, Azure, Databricks, and maintaining strong data hygiene.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, ETL/ELT platforms, and enterprise integration patterns is preferred.
Anaplan Solution Architect, Model Builder, or related certifications are a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end product strategy at the intersection of enterprise data solutions and the Anaplan SaaS platform
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Treasury, and business teams to translate planning and analytics needs into scalable solutions.
Monitor product performance, define metrics, adoption tracking, and drive continuous improvement fuelled by data
Drive planning, prioritisation, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams.
Oversee Anaplan platform enhancements, integrations, and model lifecycle management.
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to enable reliable, high-quality data products and insights.
Establish delivery governance, operational metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
Champion innovation through automation, AI-driven planning, and modern data capabilities.
