About the Role:
As a Business Analysis Associate Director, you will lead complex projects with significant autonomy and provide expert guidance to the business analysis team. Your work will help drive strategic planning and process improvement initiatives, leveraging your deep expertise to support high-impact business decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive operations analyses and provide strategic insights.
• Guide the development of advanced process analyses and end-to-end process mappings.
• Drive significant process improvement projects across the organization.
• Oversee and maintain meticulous records of business operations.
• Provide expert support for financial administrative activities.
• Create and present detailed and strategic financial reports and budgets.
• Lead the development of long-term strategic business plans.
• Drive and manage highly complex and significant special projects.
• Provide expert analysis and present strategic insights to executive leadership.
• Ensure that strategic business recommendations are successfully executed and monitored for impact.

Compensation:
$111,200.00 - $198,650.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
