As a Test Engineer, you will be part of our project teams, helping customers deliver high-quality solutions and navigate testing challenges throughout the software development lifecycle. Vivicta Lithuania is looking for both mid-level and senior Test Engineers, so don't hesitate to apply if you're passionate about quality and continuous improvement.

With us you will be responsible for: 

• Analyzing requirements, reviewing documentation, and identifying testing scope.

• Designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for project deliverables.

• Ensuring test environments and releases are ready for testing activities.

• Identifying, documenting, and managing defects throughout their lifecycle.

• Assessing quality risks and escalating issues when needed.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other team members to ensure successful delivery.

• Support junior testers, product owners, business representatives and others. 

We expect you to have:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in software testing.

• Understand software development processes, testing methodologies, and best practices.

• Have a basic understanding of SQL, API testing, data formats (JSON/XML), and system integrations.

• Be curious about technology and eager to learn new tools and technologies.

• Work independently, adapt quickly to new environments and challenges, and pay close attention to detail.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers from different countries.

• Be an advocate for quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

You'll stand out if you have:

• Experience in the telecommunications (Telco) industry.

• Experience with test automation, AI-assisted testing, or ISTQB certification.

• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, SAP, or other enterprise technologies.
