Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software projects. This role requires guiding multiple teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align software solutions with organizational goals, while maintaining a focus on scalability, performance, and quality throughout the delivery process. The lead also fosters an environment that supports innovation and effective problem-solving across teams.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams through complex software development projects.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kinaxis.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
