Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product development programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams, including resource allocation and goal setting
- Drive product platform development from marketing requirements through design and full-scale production
- Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Apply Carrier Excellence and Passport processes to manage interfunctional teams
- Plan, monitor, and control program timelines, budgets, and resources
- Engage with a global supplier base to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions
- Communicate program objectives, progress, and risks to senior management
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s in Engineering or Business with 3+ years of experience
- Strong program and project management expertise
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Solid knowledge of product quality tools and hands-on experience applying them
- Technical understanding of transport refrigeration systems for truck/trailer applications is a strong advantage
- Full professional proficiency in English
