Position: Analyst III, Technology Operations 

 

Job Location: 811 Excellence Dr., Bentonville, AR 72716 

 

Duties: Manages financial management activities by utilizing financial management tools and processes, budgeting, and internal and external program communication tools and processes to comprehend the financial plan for implementation of the project; monitoring delivery schedules and cost expenditure against forecasts through effective governance. Assesses and estimates programs by applying program estimation tools and techniques and risk assessment and mitigation tools and techniques to identify the resources required for successful completion of small to medium complexity projects and to identify potential risks for successful completion of the project. Supports business operations by applying knowledge of organization KPIs and assessment techniques to understand the business priorities of internal functions and teams; describing profitability drivers and considerations; describing desired or actual business results in measurable scales or terms; and explaining how the organization makes money. Monitors and controls programs by utilizing program monitoring and control tools and processes and internal and external program reporting and logging tools and processes to monitor and evaluate progress against approved milestones and timelines; leading cross functional and pillar coordination meetings to review schedule progress, health, issues, risks, and key dependencies; and taking appropriate measures to bring program health on track in case of adversity. Defines programs by applying program management techniques, tools, and frameworks, benefits analysis, and program planning tools and techniques to define goals, deliverables, and schedules for managing small to medium complexity projects in line with overall strategic objectives and creating an accountability matrix for the project under guidance. 

 

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), or related field; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), or related field plus 2 years of experience in project management or a related field. 

 

Skills required: Must have experience with: Incident and issue tracking using IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow/TMA); Log Monitoring & Analysis using observatory tools (Splunk, OpenObserve, Grafana); Executing queries on NoSQL database (Cosmos) to retrieve & validate operational data; Troubleshooting & supporting applications on Linux/Unix operating systems; Task & defect tracking using Agile project management tools (Jira); Creating & maintaining technical & operational documentation (Confluence); Data extraction, validation, & analysis for operational reporting; Building & reviewing operational dashboards & reporting to identify trends & issues; Supporting business process reviews & documenting process improvement opportunities; Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support operational issue resolution; Maintaining data accuracy & integrity through reconciliation & validation checks; Creating alerts to mitigate impact & maintain efficiency across systems; Debugging Code, Reverse Engineering & Replicating Prod Issues to Fix; Data analysis using Looker & ServiceNow to predict trends and patterns of Issues and reduce downtime; Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Computer, Laptop, Printer, scanner and other handheld devices. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills. 

 Rate of pay:  $80,000.00 - 155,000.00/year
