Job Description

As a Security Officer - Canyon Lakes Manor Dr. in Cypress, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a residential community, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to concerns, document observations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the residential location, verify visitors and/or vendors in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate activity logs.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as required.
• Report security-related concerns, property issues, suspicious activity, and policy violations according to site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
