SCADA Analyst IV

SCADA Analyst IV needs Bachelor's degree, a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in a SCADA or team leadership role and experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware and OPC protocol.

Data engineering/Data Science experience

Understanding of end-to-end data flows in an OT/SCADA environment

Knowledge of telecom/instrumentation within OT data flows

SCADA platform: Platform-agnostic. Experience with Ignition or other SCADA platforms is acceptable, with greater emphasis on understanding the underlying data flow than on a specific platform.

Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

Strong knowledge of SCADA and industrial communication protocols, including OPC, Modbus, DNP3, MQTT, and related OT systems

Experience with enterprise data platforms and analytics tools, including Databricks, SQL, Python, Power BI, and cloud-based data architectures

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex OT data issues, including data quality problems, communication failures, and system integration challenges

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions

Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills

Demonstrates knowledge of network operations and telecommunications

Possesses extensive SQL experience and capabilities

Possesses demonstrable understanding of various Flow Computer Protocols

Experience in the energy industry

Preferred: Windows programming experience (Python, VBScript, Ladder Logic)

Preferred: Experience in database development and management
