Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Payroll Executive on behalf of our client, one of the leading corporate service providers in Malta.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the payroll process of a diversified portfolio of companies
- Preparation and submission of FSS forms, engagement & termination forms, and SCC forms
- Assisting clients with payroll related queries and resolving any discrepancies
- Generally handling the payroll process from start to finish for clients as part of its Payroll Team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An A Level standard of education
- Meticulous in their work
- Excellent organisational and communication skills in English, both verbally and written
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook

- Type of Contract: Indefinite Full Time
- Salary: Depending on experience
