Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bakery clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and provide excellent customer service. This person will participate in the baking and packaging of all product to be shipped out to multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production      of baked goods, including measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough,      and decorating finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work      environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and sweeping      and mopping floors
• Assist in inventory management by      monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or      discrepancies
• Follow all safety and sanitation      procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment      and handling food in a safe and hygienic manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a bakery or food      service environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced      environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer      service skills
