JOB FUNCTIONS: Observe/monitor workflow in assigned area Gather Data for reporting/tracking Report Safety concerns to management Work Cross-functionally with other departments to maintain daily operations or achieve assigned task Remain open to changes and participate increasingly in discussions as job/functional knowledge is gained Learn and follow the Nissan Way principles MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Job Knowledge and Skill: Prior experience in a comparable position, Ability to work as part of a small team in closed environment, Good communication skill both written and oral Education and Experience: Bachelor degree or Associate degree plus minimum of 2 yrs comparable work experience, Or minimum of 4 yrs comparable work experience Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and/or demonstrated skills using system specific software Physical Requirements: NA Travel: Possible Local Travel ( Canton/Decherd )
