Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager (HNW PLAM) to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth and standard personal lines accounts.
- Handle marketing for new and renewal business, ensuring competitive pricing and coverage.
- Drive retention efforts by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to grow the personal lines department.
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to the unique needs of high-net-worth clients.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in personal lines insurance.
- Proven ability to market, quote, and manage both new and renewal business.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong marketing and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, aggressive, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred.
