- Establish and enforce drafting and detailing standards
- Develop and train the next generation of technical talent
- Improve quality, accuracy, and throughput
- Help solve complex technical and jobsite issues with senior leadership
- Build a scalable drafting organization to support continued growth
- Extensive PEMB experience with significant drafting, detailing, checking, or engineering coordination experience
- Leadership experience managing a substantial drafting, detailing, engineering-support, or technical-services organization
