As a Time and Absence Specialist within HR Solutions based in Navi Mumbai your role combines specialist expertise and consultative support to deliver innovative solutions and an exceptional employee experience. You deliver expert service and innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience. You will lead time and absence operations across assigned countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing while coordinating stakeholders and owning data and processes. You will drive innovation, service excellence, and operational improvement while adapting priorities and advising local and global partners.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate, efficient global time and absence services.
• Lead strategy, improvement, and change initiatives.
• Oversee applications, manual workflows, employee data, and partner processes.
• Handle confidential data accurately and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain compliance, coordinate audits, and partner with HR and Controllership.
• Serve as the main contact for time and absence inquiries.
• Lead system implementation, change management, and service-center transitions in line with local requirements.
• Partner with regional experts to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of technical and practical experience in time and absence, payroll, or another relevant area across diverse business processes.
• Experience in Time and Absence, Payroll, Finance, or HR Compensation and Benefits, including designing or operating centralized business models.
• Cross-functional, cross-cultural change leadership and strong communication and influencing skills.
• Strategic, analytical, and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Experience in high-volume operations, internal controls, audits, and complex labor, time, absence, payroll, or benefits requirements.
• Advanced Excel, reporting, data analysis, and case-management or ticketing skills.
• Experience with Workday, ADP eTIME, Kronos, Workforce Now, or similar time solutions; implementation experience is preferred.
• Strong consulting and change-management skills, with an independent and accountable work style.
