  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Credit & Collections, Cash Application and Finance teams to resolve billing blockers, improve cash flow and enhance customer experience.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, standardisation and automation opportunities, while supporting wider Order-to-Cash initiatives and business change programmes.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Strong knowledge of complex billing processes, contract-to-billing translation, multi-currency environments, VAT/GST requirements, statutory invoicing and local compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing team performance, delivering against KPIs and SLAs, and driving process improvements within a finance or shared services environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Operations, IT, Legal and Finance teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience identifying trends, reducing billing defects and implementing corrective actions.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems SAP and Power BI.
