What this opportunity involves:

As a Property Analyst supporting the Australia Post parcel locker network expansion, you'll be at the forefront of strategic location planning and data-driven decision-making. This role is pivotal in identifying and evaluating high-potential sites that will shape the future of Australia's logistics infrastructure. You'll work closely with the Business Development lead to analyze complex datasets, uncover market intelligence, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive network growth. Your analytical expertise will support executive-level reporting, partnership development, and the continuous refinement of location modeling methodologies. Key Responsibilities include:

• Analyze and interpret business development briefs, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and identify high-potential partnership opportunities
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques, including overlaying multiple datasets, to prioritize locations and develop comprehensive insights that shape business development strategies
• Maintain and continuously improve databases of market intelligence, property information, and partnership opportunities to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Engage with prospective commercial partners to establish qualified leads for the Business Development Lead, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and organizational goals
• Lead targeted focus projects by conducting in-depth analysis of specific sectors or geographic areas to identify optimal parcel locker locations
• Proactively develop preliminary strategic plans for parcel locker initiatives, presenting recommendations to the Business Development Lead prior to sector briefings
• Manage and maintain the Host Lead portal, ensuring timely response to qualified inquiries, coordinating site assessments, and facilitating commercial agreement processes
• Create and deliver high-quality plans, informational materials, and comprehensive weekly reports to support engagement with commercial partners and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain process documentation to standardize workflows and improve operational efficiency across the team

Sounds like you? This is what we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills with proven ability to manage and maintain accurate data with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to translate complex information into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences including executive leadership
• Experience using CRM and GIS systems for market intelligence and location analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight operational deadlines
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
• Financial acumen including ability to create and analyze business cases and financial models for location feasibility
