The (USA) Lead Specialist, Security oversees guard service patrol and dispatch operations, ensuring effective tactical responses during safety incidents and investigations. This role manages security protocols, collaborates with internal and external partners, and supports regulatory compliance across assigned facilities. By leading emergency responses and maintaining security measures for critical assets and events, the specialist fosters a safe environment. About the team:
The Walmart Emergency Operations Center (EOC) operates around the clock to monitor and respond to critical incidents worldwide, including infrastructure issues, criminal threats, geopolitical events, and weather emergencies. The team leads tactical security responses, manages investigations, and coordinates with internal and external partners to maintain safety and regulatory compliance. They support emergency management efforts, oversee security protocols, and ensure effective communication during incidents. This team plays a vital role in protecting associates, customers, facilities, and operations by delivering timely, strategic security management and fostering a secure environment aligned with Walmart’s operational goals.
What you'll do:

• Manage guard service patrol and dispatch operations to align with security strategies and company requirements.
• Supervise tactical security responses during life safety events and incidents, ensuring effective resolution.
• Oversee investigations into ethics violations, criminal activity, security breaches, and supplier complaints.
• Coordinate responses to senior executive requests and manage transportation security for critical information and merchandise.
• Lead emergency response efforts and collaborate with internal and external partners, including first responders.
• Support and implement safety protocols, training programs, and regulatory compliance within assigned facilities.
• Provide expert guidance on security best practices and recommend improvements to enhance safety and compliance.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience managing security operations, including guard patrol and dispatch functions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise tactical security responses during emergencies and incidents.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and implementing corporate security programs.
• Ability to develop, execute, and improve security protocols and training programs.
• Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners to ensure a safe environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethics, and adherence to company policies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to support business needs and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
