Responsibilities

• Assist in leading Shure's enterprise sustainability strategy and ESG programs, translating sustainability priorities into measurable actions that support business objectives, regulatory readiness, and long-term value creation.
• Drive sustainability performance measurement, reporting, and data governance, delivering insights and disclosures that strengthen transparency, accountability, and decision-making.
• Establish governance frameworks that ensure sustainability claims, communications, and disclosures are credible, compliant, evidence-based, and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.
• Partner across Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Communications to embed sustainability into business processes, products, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Build organizational capability through stakeholder engagement, training, and sustainability communications that promote understanding, alignment, and responsible action.
• Advance continuous improvement by monitoring emerging sustainability trends, benchmarking best practices, and identifying opportunities to enhance Shure's environmental performance and sustainability maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, corporate responsibility, enterprise program management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects or programs, including stakeholder alignment, risk management, and execution oversight.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, environmental regulations, and evolving compliance requirements.
• Experience developing sustainability KPIs, managing data quality, preparing reports, and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions, including Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Legal, Finance, and Data teams.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, project management, and reporting tools; experience with sustainability reporting platforms is a plus.
• Experience developing governance processes, procedures, and scalable practices within a global organization.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to balance sustainability ambitions with regulatory requirements, credible evidence, business objectives, and practical execution.

 

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Salaries vary based on qualifications, location, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary for the opportunity. The salary for this position ranges from Euro 72.500 to Euro 123.000. This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we might be flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
