Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer

About the Job

Join Saxo’s Enterprise Identity & Data Security (EIDS) team and help strengthen the bank’s privileged access management capabilities. You will be responsible for implementing, operating, and continuously improving PAM controls that protect privileged accounts, administrative access, and critical systems across Saxo’s technology landscape.

Working closely with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams, you will help reduce privileged access risk through modern PAM practices, automation, and Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage privileged access controls across on-premises and cloud environments
• Administer PAM capabilities including credential vaulting, password rotation, session management, and privileged session recording
• Onboard privileged accounts, systems, applications, and service accounts into the PAM platform
• Support adoption of least-privilege, Just-In-Time (JIT), and Zero Trust access models
• Automate PAM processes and integrations using PowerShell and APIs
• Support monitoring, reporting, audits, and access to governance activities

Your profile

You are an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and security engineering. You combine deep technical expertise with a practical, risk-based approach to securing critical systems and privileged access within complex enterprise environments.

• 7-10 years of experience in Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management, or Cyber Security Engineering
• Hands-on experience with enterprise PAM solutions
• Strong understanding of privileged access risks, account lifecycle management, and security best practices
• Experience securing Windows, Linux, cloud platforms, databases, and network devices
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure environments
• Experience with automation and scripting, including PowerShell and APIs
• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably within financial services

Certifications & Platforms

You have practical experience working with leading PAM technologies and understand how privileged access controls support a broader security strategy. Experience with multiple platforms is highly valued, particularly in enterprise-scale environments.

• Experience with Delinea Secret Server or other Delinea PAM solutions will be considered a strong advantage
• Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, One Identity, or similar PAM platforms is also highly valued
