Regional Manager - Warwickshire

Our client are an expanding and highly successful Multi Department Retail brand and market leader in their sector.

As a result of their continued growth they now require an exception Area / Regional / District Manager to join the team in the Warwickshire Area

The Role

• You will responsible for the commercial and operational performance of a number of large footprint Retail Stores in the Warwickshire/South Midlands Area
• Ensure service, standards and commercial KPI's are being achieved and exceeding budgeted targets.
• You will need to be close to your Store Teams in a retail sector with a complex inventory and product mix that requires high levels of operational compliance.
• Lead and develop your store teams to upskill and create and effective talent pool for expansion.
• Accountable for all stores P&L and for reviewing/developing business plans with your team and your area, to be delivered at senior level.

The Person

• You must have extensive retail multi site experience gained from within a large, fast paced, large footprint sector. Multi department would be highly advantageous.
• Drive and hands on Manager, you will excel at being present in your stores and developing the teams and the business.
• Experience and accountability for managing full P&L's
• Resilient and flexible in your approach to managing in a fast changing business with high levels of change.

The Package

Up to £60k DOE + Car Allowance & OTE
