Our Social 360 approach brings together organic social, influencer, content, creative, and paid media to help brands drive relevance, meaning, and growth.  ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced Group Director, Social, Influencer & Content to join our team on a six-month assignment. This leadership role will oversee a portfolio of clients, provide strategic direction across social, influencer and content marketing initiatives, support business growth, and lead high-performing teams through a period of transition and opportunity. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, trusted client advisor, and people leader with deep expertise in social media, creator partnerships, content strategy, and digital innovation.  PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TEMPORARY 6-MONTH CONTRACT ROLE 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead social and influencer strategy across multiple clients and business sectors.
  • Manage and support three distinct teams -- organic social and influencer, content and creative, and UX -- ensuring collaboration and cohesion across
  • Serve as a senior client partner, guiding strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
  • Drive innovation across content, creator partnerships, community engagement, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee team leadership, staffing, workflow management, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor and develop Directors, Supervisors, and other team members.
  • Partner with Creative, Strategy, Media, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Ensure measurement frameworks connect social performance to business outcomes.
  • Support new business efforts and contribute to agency thought leadership.a

Required Skills

Qualifications
  • 10-12+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Strong experience leading large client portfolios and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic business decisions.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, content ecosystems, and the creator economy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Compensation (Text Only)

Compensation: In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $165,000-$200,000 annualized salary, paid out on a weekly basis. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
