Job Responsibilities:

Creation of Service Agreement and any third-party agreement

·       Link all 3rd party contracts

·       Creation of Work Order for Service Agreement

·       Creation of new and renewal contracts and send for signatories

·       Creation of all backlogs contracts for every existing active Sas

·       Send biweekly renewal reminder to customer 90 days before contract expiry date

·       Creation of equipment list in various platforms

·       Provide quarterly updates of End of Life/Support reports

·       Generating renewal proposal/quote for customer

·       Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve issues related to order processing, license expirations etc.

·       Generate services cost and quote for the account reps based on the deadline given

·       Assist sales with services & support related queries

·       Track customer renewals & trends pertaining to services

·       Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Required Traits:

·       Independent and self-motivated to drive outcomes and result oriented.

·       Ability to build trust and rapport with vendors based on minimal interactions.

·       Collaborative and Team Player to synergize with various department.

·       Deep appreciation/understanding of operational processes to address risk & concerns.

Required Qualifications:

Essential

·       Diploma or Higher in IT, Business or related field

·       Must be customer service oriented

·       Must be self-motivated, team player, and keen interest to learn

·       High Proficiency in Verbal & Written English Language

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (especially VLOOKUP, Pivot and Dashboard) & Power Point

·       Ability to effectively present information to customer and internal stakeholders when required

·       Cisco Product Knowledge is Preferred
