Headquartered in Freehold, NJ, with an additional location in Princeton, we are a growing practice made up of a dedicated team of clinicians and administrative professionals.

We provide a warm, welcoming environment where clinicians can focus on what they do best—providing quality care to their clients. Our two locations offer more than 50 therapy rooms, including specialized spaces such as group rooms, children's craft rooms, and sand-tray therapy spaces.

Our clinicians work with a diverse range of clients and specialize in areas including anxiety, trauma, family concerns, LGBTQ+ support, EMDR, and more. We are in-network with most major insurance panels and have a growing waiting list of clients seeking services.

What We Offer

Guaranteed base salary of $50,000-$60,000 for full-time employees

Flat-rate compensation ranging from $45-$59/hour for provisionally licensed clinicians

Flat-rate compensation ranging from $60–$75/hour for fully licensed clinicians

Requirements

About the Position

We are currently seeking full-time licensed counselors to join our Freehold and Princeton teams.

This full-time position offers a 30-35 hour work week with a guaranteed base salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive practice environment. We provide credentialing assistance and a dedicated administrative team to handle scheduling, billing, and other administrative responsibilities, allowing our clinicians to focus on client care.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working some evening hours, with availability until 8:00 pm as needed.

Due to our growing client base and extensive waiting list, qualified clinicians can start seeing clients immediately.
