Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A’s high standards
• Manage kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep with expertise
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization at all times
• Stock kitchen inventory and assist with opening and closing tasks
• Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training regularly
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues promptly
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s dress code and operational rules consistently

Qualifications and Skills

• Cheerful, positive attitude with a strong customer service focus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task efficiently
• Enjoys helping others and working both independently and as part of a team
• Capable of lifting 10-25 lbs regularly and standing for extended periods
• Flexible availability including weekends, weekdays, and night shifts
