Job Description Summary

As a Site Industrialization Leader (f/m/d), you will organize and manage the industrial team. You will also be responsible for new products' industrialization (NPI), improvement of the process flow in the plant, localization of projects, cost reduction initiatives, and general improvement projects for the plant.

Responsibilities

• Organization and control of industrialization projects to achieve plant targets (production volume, cost, margin, lead time, productivity, leakage).

• Value Analysis of the product to make strategic decisions based in ROI calculation.  (Make or Buy, Investments, specific projects).

• Technical Data maintenance in the ERP system (MM data, BOM, Routing), production data in the product configurator (AC1).

• Initiating and leading continuous improvement measures to keep the production competitive.

• Support as a specialist/facilitator for internal projects and other departments.

Required:

• Relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment
• Practical knowledge of industrial tools, manufacturing processes, and production systems
• Experience maintaining technical data in an ERP system (BOM, routings, or equivalent)
• Strong project management and structured problem-solving skills
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)

Preferred:

• Background in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with value analysis, cost modeling, or Make vs. Buy decision frameworks
• Familiarity with product configurators or production planning tools in a manufacturing setting

Education: A formal education and subsequent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
