Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for a Paralegal in its Louisville, Kentucky office. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience with Insurance Defense Litigation, as well as familiarity with State and Federal rules of civil procedures. This position is full time with flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid opportunities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to work independently on pleadings, medical records request and review, medical chronologies, deposition summaries, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, research, e-discovery, and trial support.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
- Proficiency in document management software (i.e., iManage and Relativity), electronic filing (including CM/ECF) and calendaring software is preferred.
- Candidates must have excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills are essential.
- Paralegal certification is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
