YOUR MISSION

• Lead and inspire PUMA’s Store, creating a premium destination for sneaker culture and community.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers authentic consumer experiences.
• Drive sales, profitability, and key business KPIs while ensuring operational excellence.
• Bring local trends, product stories, and cultural insights to life through impactful launches and activations.
• Create an inclusive environment where consumers feel welcome, connected, and inspired by the PUMA brand.

YOUR TALENT

• 3+ years of leadership experience in premium retail, sportswear, footwear, fashion, or lifestyle environments.
• A strong passion for sneaker culture, streetwear, sport, and contemporary fashion, with a deep understanding of consumer trends.
• A proven track record of driving sales, achieving KPIs, and delivering operational excellence.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and the ability to create engaging consumer experiences that connect with the local community.
