Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Intern to support manufacturing and materials operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for a student interested in engineering, supply chain, and product development, who enjoys working with data, analyzing processes, and implementing technical improvements. The intern will assist in project coordination, engineering analysis, and process optimization while gaining hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary manufacturing environment.

• Basic knowledge of finance and cost analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret technical drawings
• Teamwork and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward
• Active student in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel, Power BI, and AutoCAD preferred

Position Overview
The Engineering Intern will support the creation and management of project schedules, ensuring alignment between engineering activities and production timelines. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, supporting pilot material activities, and assisting in PRS reporting.

The role involves reviewing engineering drawings, supporting basic calculations, and assisting with cost analysis to ensure technical and financial feasibility. The intern will also participate in Bill of Materials (BOM) audits and contribute to maintaining data accuracy across systems.

Additionally, the intern will collaborate with system engineers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support project execution and resolve technical issues. The position includes identifying opportunities for product and process improvements, contributing to engineering solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
