Lead, coach and develop your finance team, with an ambition to grow the team further as the direct-market expansion progresses
Act as a key partner to all functions, and as a key member of the Nordic Leadership Team, driving engagement across the full Nordics organization
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within FMCG, with strong commercial acumen
Expert-level financial, strategic and commercial capabilities, including P&L ownership and target setting/tracking
Expert negotiation and leadership skills, with experience developing and coaching high-performing teams
Working knowledge of marketing to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience leading complex, multi-market projects, ideally including market entry or go-to-market transitions (e.g. distributor to direct)
Fluent in English; Swedish or other Nordic language skills are an advantage
