Lyten is a global leader in advanced materials and next-generation battery technology, driving innovation to power a more sustainable future. As part of our growth in Poland, we are looking for a Business Systems Analyst – NetSuite to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing development of our NetSuite ERP environment.
This role will serve as the primary NetSuite functional expert for the Poland site, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the ERP platform. You will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and global ERP teams to ensure NetSuite effectively supports business processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
NetSuite Administration & Functional Support
- Act as the primary NetSuite functional expert for Lyten Poland.
- Configure and maintain NetSuite modules, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, roles, and permissions.
- Provide day-to-day support for business users and troubleshoot functional, configuration, and process-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve root causes of recurring system and data issues.
- Coordinate escalations with NetSuite support, implementation partners, and global IT teams.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to understand business requirements and process challenges.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for system enhancements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, reporting, and data quality through better use of NetSuite.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across key business functions.
ERP Projects & Enhancements
- Support NetSuite implementation activities, localization efforts, and future system enhancements.
- Participate in requirements workshops, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
- Collaborate with global ERP teams to ensure alignment with Lyten standards and best practices.
- Evaluate change requests and recommend effective system solutions.
- Support integrations and ongoing optimization of the NetSuite platform.
Reporting & Data Management
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across key master data domains.
- Support data governance and standardization efforts.
- Assist business users in leveraging NetSuite reporting and analytics capabilities.
Training & Documentation
- Deliver end-user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Support onboarding of new users, including access provisioning and role assignments.
- Drive adoption of NetSuite best practices across the organization.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant, NetSuite Administrator, or NetSuite Business Systems Analyst.
- Proven experience supporting NetSuite implementations, enhancements, localization projects, or module rollouts.
- Experience working with NetSuite OneWorld environments.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments is preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong functional expertise in NetSuite ERP.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld.
- Strong knowledge of Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Finance modules.
- Experience configuring workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and security roles.
- Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics and NetSuite reporting tools.
- Familiarity with SuiteFlow and basic SuiteScript concepts is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
