SCOPE OF POSITION:
The CPD (Company Product Distribution) associate is responsible for management of all internal programs within the Sales & Production Planning Department which includes automobile, motorcycle and power products. The incumbent will be responsible for a variety of areas including but not limited to:
Honda Associate Vehicle Program fleet (HAVP)
Associate Purchase (AP)
Company Vehicles & Business Purpose Units for auto and MCPE (CV/BPU)
The CPD associate is responsible for daily review and processing of program orders for CH, HFS, HCM and HTC associates and family members. They work with various stakeholders to ensure that PDIs, licensing, delivery and payroll/invoicing/rebates at dealerships have been processed. They are responsible to respond and resolve Associate, Dealer, HCM, Finance, Power Sport Product and payroll dept questions pertaining to HAVP, AP or CV/BPU. Analysts are responsible to analyze and put in strategic plans weekly/monthly to achieve department targets. Program quarterly analysis and forecast for ordering and delivery to be provided to management for budget review and planning.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily review and processing of program orders (Auto/MCPE)
Confirm associate is eligible for the order type.
Release units from compounds for PDI preparation.
Review, qualify and order part accessories.
Prepare and validate program associate contracts or Letter of Introduction ensure accuracy acc and provide to associates.
License and deliver vehicles at HCM/CH or participating Dealerships.
Schedule associate deliveries and provide information to PRC and ALP.
Ensure CV/BPU digital sticker renewals are completed (annually).
Update monthly actual report, analyze results and create countermeasures.
Auto and MCPE BPU reports
Associate Purchase monthly rebates
Payroll remittance Reports
113/114 statement reconciliations
Payroll remittance report by company (HFS, CH, HFS and HTC)
Validate monthly Grounding and Disposal report matches Finance report.
Ensure 17032 clearing account balances each month
Review HFS pricing and compare to used market data (validation)
407 ETR (distribute to stakeholder)
NY Tolls (distribute to stakeholder)
AutoVin
ALP
Diner’s Club invoicing
Insurance Admin fees
Tires reconciliation (from PRC)
Update program portals
Track accident reports
Insurance claims
Warranty activations
Monitor course completion for insurance Bordeau
Sequester auto product
Update monthly/quarterly associate pricing offers and communication to associates
all other duties as assigned by manager
POSITION PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS
University Degree/College Diploma in Administration, Business or an automotive related discipline preferred.
Previous automotive work experience is required.
Must have a customer centric service attitude.
Must entail strong MS Office Skills specifically MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate or advanced level excel)
Possess strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Must entail strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Must entail excellent written and oral communication skills. French language is an asset.
Must be interpersonal, ability to work in a team environment and build collaborative working relationships with internal and external affiliates
Must be flexible to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize the tasks given.
Valid G driver’s license is required
Minimum 1 year of experience
Automotive industry would help

HIRING PRACTICES
The salary range for this position is $64,003–$76,004 CAD annually. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of job-related factors, including education, experience, knowledge, and skill set.
On-Site Occasional Work-from-Home: This is an on-site with occasional work-from-home position that requires employees to work on-site four days per week with the opportunity to work-from-home one day per week (with a dedicated workspace at the assigned company office).
