Propósito del Rol

Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de los equipos mecánicos de producción y servicios industriales, asegurando alta disponibilidad, confiabilidad y seguridad de los activos, minimizando paradas no planificadas y pérdidas de eficiencia.

Responsabilidades clave

• Ejecutar órdenes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Atender breakdowns de las líneas productivas.
• Diagnosticar la causa de fallas mecánicas.
• Realizar inspecciones periódicas de equipos críticos.
• Detectar condiciones anormales como vibración, temperatura, ruido, fugas y desgaste.
• Cambiar rodamientos, sellos, bandas, cadenas, acoples y componentes mecánicos.
• Ejecutar trabajos neumáticos e hidráulicos.
• Participar en análisis de causa raíz de fallas repetitivas.
• Proponer mejoras para aumentar MTBF y disminuir MTTR.
• Registrar correctamente los trabajos realizados en las órdenes de mantenimiento.
• Participar en mantenimientos mayores y paradas programadas.
• Cumplir procedimientos de LOTOTO, seguridad industrial, BPM e inocuidad alimentaria.
• Mantener estándares de orden y limpieza tipo 5S.

Habilidades y Experiencia

Técnicas / funcionales

• Experiencia en [sistemas, herramientas o área funcional relevante]
• Conocimiento de:
  • Rodamientos, chumaceras, ejes y acoples.
  • Cadenas, piñones, poleas y bandas.
  • Reductores y motorreductores.
  • Bombas centrífugas y bombas de desplazamiento positivo.
  • Sistemas neumáticos.
  • Sistemas hidráulicos.
  • Válvulas y actuadores neumáticos.
  • Cilindros neumáticos.
  • Lubricación industrial.
  • Alineación de equipos.
  • Montaje y desmontaje de componentes mecánicos.
  • Soldadura básica.
  • Interpretación de planos mecánicos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
  • Uso de instrumentos de medición: calibrador, micrómetro, reloj comparador, etc.
• Experiencia con SAP, procedimientos de LOTOTO, seguridad industrial, BPM e inocuidad alimentaria.

• Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
• Capacidad para gestionar stakeholders multifuncionales
• Alta atención al detalle
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
• Comodidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y de transformación

Lo que estamos buscando

• Mínimo 2 a 3 años en mantenimiento mecánico industrial.
• Experiencia trabajando directamente con líneas de producción automatizadas.
• Capacidad comprobada para desempeñarse en entornos de transformación
• Bachiller Técnico Industrial, Tecnólogo o Técnico Superior en: Mecánica Industrial, electromecánica, mantenimiento Industrial, carreras técnicas afines.
