Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 Base + Competitive Equity
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $350,000 – $600,000+ (Uncapped Performance Bonus)

What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting AI evaluation and experimentation
- Develop distributed systems, APIs, and human-in-the-loop platforms used for frontier AI development
- Build reliable backend services and modern frontend applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Develop infrastructure for large-scale distributed experiments using Kubernetes, Kafka, and cloud platforms
- Collaborate closely with research, product, and design teams to rapidly prototype and launch new capabilities
- Solve challenging scalability, reliability, and performance problems across the platform
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews
- Take ownership of projects from ideation through deployment and ongoing iteration
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–4 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Engineer
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript with experience building production applications
- Experience developing modern web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar technologies
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building scalable systems
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and cloud environments
- Demonstrated ownership of projects from design through production
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
- Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS, or GCP
- Startup experience or experience shipping products in fast-paced environments
- Interest in AI infrastructure, LLMs, distributed systems, or developer platforms
- Experience building internal tools, APIs, or data platforms
- Strong product mindset with a bias toward execution
Compensation and Benefits
