Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including large property management firms and non-profits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience; higher compensation considered for exceptional candidates)

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with accounts ranging from $30,000 to $150,000 in revenue, including large property management and non-profit organizations.
- Handle both new and renewal business, including quoting and policy management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Team Manager and other team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance, preferably within an independent agency or brokerage setting.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
- Work Environment: Hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) after training. Fully remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles away, provided they meet all qualifications.
