Position Summary
Support global sales teams by preparing technical and commercial proposals for centrifugal pump solutions. This role involves reviewing customer inquiries, assisting with pump selection and quotation preparation, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and supporting order processing from quotation through to handover. The successful candidate will help ensure accurate, timely customer support while contributing to sales growth initiatives and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support of sales teams worldwide in preparing technical and commercial proposals
- Review and process technical and commercial inquiries and customer specifications within defined deadlines
- Assist in selection and configuration of centrifugal pumps
- Obtaining technical and commercial quotations from suppliers for buy-outs and accessories
- Coordinate technical and commercial clarification with internal departments
- Support selling price calculations for standard and project quotations.
- Assist Sales during customer discussions and contract clarifications.
- Support order clarification and the order-entry process.
- Ensure smooth order entry and hand-over to order handling team
- Support quotation tracking and follow-up activities.
- Participate and support in market and competitor analysis activities.
- Contribute to the development of sales and growth initiatives.
- Comply with company policies and guidelines regarding quality, environment, ESH and data protection

- Knowledge of pump technology, process engineering or industrial plant engineering is an advantage but not required
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems is beneficial but not required
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel (10-20%)
